We are a family club and encourage members to use the clubs facilitiies

Birthday, Wedding, Funeral, Christening, Confirmation or any other celebrations in the club pavilion overlooking the playing field. A perfect secure area for children in all weather’s

We also welcome local meeting groups to hold regular slots in either day or evenings at very reasonable rates. Enquiries from non-members are welcomed and may be subject to recommendation or secure deposits.

• Hirers can bring their own DJ or the club can provide one for you
  (subject to availability and advance notice)

• Hirers can decorate the hall to their individual taste
  (sorry no permanent fixtures and fittings)
• TV Screen (47” Plasma) access. Why not show your personal photo slide show or your own home DVD during your function.
  (Subject to advance notice and small set up charge)

NOTE: During the cricket season some booking time restrictions may occur, but we will address these in advance of your booking and will always seek a compromise.

DJ and entertainments

Should you require musical entertainment for your function. If you do not have anyone in mind, Whilst we cannot directly book this for you. But we have recently began to collect details of DJ's and Entertainers who have performed successfully at the club for you to contact.

Recident Club DJ - TONEz Disco (Tony Smith) - Full lighting and equipment provided. Tony would be happy to create a playlist of songs of your choice especially for your function (with advance notice). Disco and Karaoke available tonez-disco@hotmail.com or tel 07875 011764

Members Bar

• The Club holds a smaller members bar that may be available for smaller functions. Ideal for group meeting or smaller presentations

Outdoor Pavilion – Marquee Tent

• Previous functions have chosen to utilise this outdoor space which looks on to the grass cricket pitch by erecting a marquee tent with additional lighting. This makes a very effective additional stylish touch to your function.
• You may wish to serve your buffet within this area.
• We are happy to discuss this or other options for this area if required.

Catering

• The club can provide you with a external local cater who can devise a buffet for your event within your budget.
• Alternatively if you wish to provide your own food we will be happy to discuss this option with you

Pitch Hire

• The cricket pitch can be hired for other sporting users such as:
  Group training facilities
  Rounder’s Games
  Sports day activities
• Private cricket matches can also arranged as a team building exercise, with full use of score box.

Gazebo table tents

We can also provide individual Gazebo tent tables for your guests to watch and enjoy your function
